Cruise Overview

Antarctica cruise - In-depth Antarctica & Patagonia Expedition Northbound - Flight Included

Immerse yourself in the frozen world of the Seventh Continent and the natural beauty of Chile’s fjords in this late Antarctic summer expedition cruise.

Spot penguins, seals, whales, birds and more as we discover wild Antarctica, the wonders of Chilean fjords and the stunning South American coastline.

Navigate legendary Cape Horn and see the beautiful sights of Patagonia, as well as the colourful stilt houses of Castro.

Amazing Antarctic wildlife

Your exploration of Antarctica has no fixed itinerary but includes ice cruises and landings whenever possible – as well as visits to penguin rookeries. The rich waters and landing sites are home to incredible wildlife like whales, seals and penguin species like Adélie, Chinstrap and Gentoo. Birdwatchers should look out for skuas, petrels and terns.

The Chilean coast

From beautiful fjords to tiny villages, the Chilean coast is a place of adventure and wonder. We’ll stop off at Puerto Natales, gateway to Torres del Paine National Park, and explore the fabled waters of Patagonia and the colonial city of Castro. Then on to Valparaíso, with its colourful jumble of cobbled alleyways and pretty plazas.
