As well as admiring the city’s landmarks, you’ll stop at the fascinating Agua Clara Visitors Center at the Panama Canal, where you can see the intricate workings of the locks up close. You’ll also witness the 16th-century fortress of San Lorenzo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, set amidst protected rainforests.
