Wrangell’s waterfall
Take a short drive through town and head to the trailhead via Zimovia Highway. This steep, narrow trail winds through the Tongass National Forest, the largest temperate rainforest in the world, offering photo opportunities of the breathtaking Rainbow Falls along the way. On a clear day, you can even get views of the Inside Passage and its islands. Your guide will share their knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and people as you walk.

Walking information: Involves physical activity on uneven surfaces and/or steep terrain, including narrow boardwalks and stairs. You may be expected to carry your own backpack and equipment. Not suitable if you have limited mobility. Approx. 1.6 miles of walking in total with 500 ft elevation gain.
