Marvel at the views from El Morro de Arica and enjoy a guided walking tour of the impressive Cuevas the Anzota.
  • See El Morro de Arica, a viewpoint used by the Chilean military to their advantage during the Pacific War. 

  • Soak up the soul-stirring vistas as you trek along the coast.

  • See the renowned Cuevas de Anzota, rugged sea caves that date back to the Jurassic period.


Geological wonders 

Your tour begins with a scenic drive past the famous beach resorts of El Laucho and La Lisera. Then we’ll head to El Morro de Arica viewpoint to drink in the panoramic views of the city, sea and port, before continuing along the coastal road towards the Cuevas de Anzota. 

Here you'll enjoy a walking tour along the coastline of the sandy mountains, venturing through caves, caverns and other spectacular sites. As we reach La Puntilla, we’ll look out for sea lions and bird life.

  • Included: Two bottles of water 

  • Remarks/requirements: Please wear lightweight clothing and hiking shoes, and bring sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.  

  • Walking information: Involves physical activity on uneven surfaces and/or steep terrain, including cobblestones. Not suitable if you have limited mobility.
