Boa Vista may be famed for its Caribbean-style beaches, but it’s also home to an incredible array of fauna. This birdwatching experience shines light on over 20 species of bird that flock to its wetlands to breed. See Egyptian vultures, red-billed strawtail, white womb and many more, all accompanied by a local professional to help you spot the lesser known breeds.

  • Remarks/requirements: Appropriate light layered clothing, comfortable shoes and sun protection. 

  • Walking information: The surface is plain, cobblestoned or on gravel & sandy paths.
