Witness time-honoured traditions
On this tour, you’ll experience the craftsmanship, traditions and culture of Guanaja’s people.
Our first stop is the chocolate workshop, where you’ll see how cocoa beans are ground, mixed and moulded into delectable chocolate bars. You’ll also visit the pottery studio to see how seasoned hands transform clay into everything from rustic mugs to intricate vases. Finally, we’ll gather by the beach as the Garifuna dancers perform their traditional dance in celebration of life, resilience and unity.

Remarks/requirements: Please dress according to the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are recommended. The order of visits may vary.
