Remarks/requirements: Appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
Walking information: Soft ground which is uneven in parts at the Ring of Brodgar. Monument can be seen from the car park where there are interpretation boards for guests not wishing to walk up to the monument. The walk is 7 minutes each way (approx. 300m each way) to reach the entrance to the circle. Walking in Stromness at the discretion of the guests. There are no steps except on and off the coach.
