Discover the intriguing history and vibrant culture of Arica on this tour of the city’s most iconic sites.
  • See ancient geoglyphs etched into the hillside and admire the remarkable Tutelar figures

  • Explore the many artifacts at San Miguel Archaeological Museum

  • Admire Arica’s famous cathedral, designed by Gustave Eiffel.

After a short transfer from the pier, we’ll arrive at Arica's main square where you can admire the renowned cathedral.

Heading into the desert, we’ll explore San Miguel Archaeological Museum in Azapa, before stopping to marvel at the enigmatic geoglyphs etched into the hillside. Continuing further into the desert, we’ll visit Pampa Chaca, where Diaz Fleming, one of the greatest sculptors in Chile, created the impressive Tutelar figures. Finally, you’ll enjoy some refreshments and traditional Andean folk music, before we return to the pier.

*While we're excited to share the unique flavours of this region with you, it’s important to note that allergy awareness and hygiene standards can vary widely across the world.
