Planned Itinerary pre-programme:

Day 1: Arrive in Miami 

After travelling to Miami, you'll check in to your comfortable beachfront hotel, and you'll have the rest of the day to explore at your leisure. 

Day 2: A visit to Everglades National Park 

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Shark Valley where you’ll join a two-hour tram tour through the Everglades National Park. Your expert guide will tell you all about this important ecosystem, pointing out the wildlife that calls the Everglades home along the way. Halfway through the tour, the tram will stop at the 45-foot observation deck where you can admire the incredible 360-degree views of the surrounding national park.  

After your tram returns to the visitor centre, there’s a short drive before beginning your thrilling airboat ride. On this 30-minute experience, you’ll enjoy an exciting, guided airboat ride through the wilderness of the Everglades. 

At the end of the day, we’ll transfer you back to your hotel where your Pre-Programme ends.

  • This excursion is available as a Pre-Programme in combination with expedition cruises starting in Miami.  

  • This Pre-Programme starts 2 days before embarkation. 

  • Available to guests with limited mobility on request. Please note that airboats are not wheelchair accessible. 

  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 6 weeks before departure.
