With your informative local guide, you’ll take a short, guided walk along the harbour front, passing the Akershus Fortress and Castle before arriving at the National Museum, where you can explore at your leisure. 

The renowned National Museum houses an extensive collection of works by Norwegian and international artists. Some of the museum’s highlights include The Scream by Munch, the Baldishol carpet woven some time between 1040 and 1190, and a 600-year-old Ming Dynasty dragon vase.

  • Walking or Activity information: Involves moderate physical activity on relatively level surfaces and gentle terrain. Includes approx. 1.25-mile walk to the National Museum.
