We travel by van to a number of different habitats including freshwater wetlands, saltwater marshes, forest edges, and rocky shorelines to find as many exciting bird species as possible.
The diversity of nearby local habitats could include species such as the American bald eagle, osprey, brood-winged hawk, many warbler species, wading birds, and water fowl. We also keep our eyes open for northern specialities like the black guillemot, common eider, piliated woodpecker and many others.
