Offer applies to bookings made from July 1, 2024 to November 10, 2024 (inclusive) for selected HX departures from July 3, 2024 and March 31, 2026 (inclusive). Bookings outside of these periods do not qualify.
Offer applies automatically to valid Tour Codes and only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights). Offer does not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.
Applies to new bookings only and will not be applied to any existing or held bookings.
Bookings are subject to availability and the offer may be limited, amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Offer is combinable with the 1893 Ambassador loyalty program and Price Promise.
Amount off stated in USD represents a discount applied on the “From” price quoted in USD, based per person and on full occupancy of cabin. Single supplements may apply. Single supplements and other restrictions may apply.
“From” prices are capacity controlled, subject to availability and change and are based on polar inside cabins
The following pricing and promotions are excluded from and cannot be combined with the offer: Group Pricing, Tour Operator pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging the HX cruise / components) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes.
For Trade partners discount applies to bookings made via the FIT System but excludes group bookings.
HX reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time, correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update fares and charges at any time without prior notice.

All-Inclusive
All-inclusive applies to sailings departing from October 20, 2024 onwards. Only applies to Tour Code components (including the specified voyage which includes on-board elements subject to certain terms and conditions, hotel accommodation, local ground transfers and local domestic flights). Some inclusions, amenities, access to facilities and priority is subject to cabin category, Ambassador Loyalty status or booking channel. Amenities vary by ship and may be subject to availability.
Price Promise
Offer valid for new bookings made from July 1, 2024 to November 10, 2024 for all HX departures on or after April 1, 2025. Bookings made after the offer period will not qualify.
No booking holds are permitted. The minimum deposit required under our current Booking Terms & Conditions must be made to confirm the Price Promise.
To obtain Price Promise reduction guest MUST request a relevant reduction directly to HX or their Travel Agent (if booked through them), in each case no less than 90 days prior to scheduled departure. Requests after this date or bookings not in compliance with our Booking Terms & Conditions will be excluded.
Price Promise: Where the price for the same voyage is reduced between the time of booking and 90 days prior to scheduled departure, we will reduce the value of the booking. The value of the price difference shall be applied first to reduce the balance of any amount due and thereafter by way of refund.
Only reductions on an exact like-for-like basis apply including tour code, ship, departure date, cabin category, cabin occupancy and booking channel.
Reductions apply only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights) and do not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.
This offer applies to bookings made with past guest discount offers (Price Promise will apply to the value of the booking after the past guest discount) and future cruise credit/voucher offers, where applicable.
The following pricing and promotions are excluded from this offer: pricing within 90 days of scheduled departure, Group Pricing, Tour Operator, Black Friday pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging the HX cruise / components) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes.
This offer is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly stated. This offer has no cash value.
