Wild Beauty
When we land on the Isle of Gigha, you’ll be met by heather-clad hills, sandy beaches, and clear turquoise waters. This small Hebridean island was acquired by its 150 inhabitants in 2002. Visit Achamore Gardens, created in 1944. Due to Gigha’s warm microclimate, many subtropical plants flourish alongside native plants and shrubs in the 54-acre gardens.
