  • Learn about how the land is cultivated in a modern and sustainable way and how they preserve the dry forest.

  • Observe flagship species of flora and bird from the Ecuadorian dry forest.

Happy Fruit is an ecological farm situated in the dry forest of Arenillas, a province in the El Oro department. The property includes 20 acres of organic fruit plantation and 22 acres of forest for conservation purposes.

Enjoy an energizing juice made of seasonal fruits with moringa powder that is cultivated and manufactured at the farm. We will then explain a few things about our farm and its model of sustainability and wellness.

Before you start the walk, we provide you with boots, hats, and natural repellent based on essential oils. This adventure leads you through ecologically cultivated fruit trees. Try delicious seasonal fruits (at least 10 tastings directly from the plant) and then walk through the herbs fields, one of the most interesting areas. These aromatic fields host around 20 species of herbs, while 20 renowned medicinal plants from the dry forest are part of the laboratory and natural pharmacy.

After the circular walk, taste some organic products from the farm and take a short break to rest and browse the ‘mercadito’ shop before coming back to the Port.
