Enjoy a scenic drive to cliffs alive with marine birds, including puffins, fulmars, and guillemots. You’ll see farmhouse ruins dating back to 900 CE in Herjólfsdalur valley, and enjoy views of glaciers on the mainland at the viewpoint on Stórhöfði. Afterwards, we pass the Helgafell and Eldfell volcanoes, drive over lava fields, and see a buried house.
