This amazing tour takes you to an authentic Ngäbe community, where a group of women show visitors about the daily life of the Ngäbe, on an island in Bocas del Toro. Harvest fresh roots from the ground, taste delicious coconuts straight from the palm trees and witness first-hand the extraction of the Pita, a vegetable fiber used to make the famous Chácaras, an incredibly strong bag used in the daily occupations of Ngäbe men and women.
