Day 1: From Baltra Island to Santa Cruz Island
After disembarkation on Baltra Island, a private transfer will take you to Santa Cruz Island—the main hub of the Galápagos archipelago.
Santa Cruz is home to the largest town in the Galápagos: Puerto Ayora. On this island, you can spot giant tortoises, land and marine iguanas, and a variety of bird life.
Your home for the next few days will be the Finch Bay Galápagos Hotel, which is nestled beside a tranquil beachfront near Puerto Ayora.
Days 2–3: Finch Bay Galápagos Hotel
You’ll spend the next two days at your leisure enjoying the amenities of your hotel, which has its own swimming pool and spa—perfect for relaxation after your action-packed cruise. The hotel’s Finch Bay Galápagos Gourmet Restaurant is a culinary highlight that is also not to be missed.
If you want to explore more of the Galápagos archipelago, the hotel offers a variety of excursions, such as day tours aboard their private Sea Lion yacht, hikes, bicycling, and kayaking (bookable at the hotel). You might also like to visit nearby Puerto Ayora; it’s a laid-back town with a distinctly Caribbean vibe that has plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.
Day 4: From Santa Cruz Island to Baltra Island, flight to Guayaquil or Quito
After a sumptuous breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport on nearby Baltra Island, where your Post-Program comes to an end. From here, you’ll fly to Guayaquil or Quito and connect to your international flight, or perhaps you may like to spend some more time on Ecuador’s mainland.

Remarks and requirements
This tour is available as a Post-Program in combination with expedition cruises ending in Baltra.
The return flight from Baltra Island to Quito or Guayaquil is part of your expedition cruise aboard Santa Cruz II and will be adjusted to align with the Post-Program dates.
Please ensure that your flight from Baltra has been booked correctly to Quito or Guayaquil for your corresponding international flight. Otherwise, please advise your booking agent.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to six weeks before departure.
