Nature Conservation

A beach cleanup is a great way to experience the nature and wildlife of the Jurassic Coast while also contributing to the vital protection of marine and freshwater habitats. Together with guides from the RSPB, you’ll learn about the many bird species that live among the reedbeds and marshes of Radipole and Lodmoor. See 18-mile-long Chesil Beach and stunning views across Weymouth Bay.

  • Remarks/requirements: Appropriate waterproof clothing and sturdy walking shoes Binoculars (if you have them)

  • Walking information: 1.25–2.2 miles (Radipole and Lodmoor) to (Chesil Beach and Weymouth Beach).
