Start with a walking tour of Santa Cruz, and discover streetscapes of colorful buildings laced with Mediterranean-style balconies. At the Holy Virgin of Snow Church in Las Nieves, you’ll find a remarkable altarpiece made of Mexican silver, along with several 16th-century Flemish sculptures. Finish with a visit to Puros Artesanos Julio in Breña Alta, where you can taste local wines and see how cigars are handmade.
