Planned Itinerary

Day 1: Full day excursion to Whistler  

After disembarkation, you’ll start your full day tour to the beautiful resort village of Whistler, ending at a hotel back in Vancouver in the evening. We will traverse the scenic coastline of Howe Sound fjord to the lush forested peaks of the Coast Mountains. Stop at Shannon Falls, British Columbia’s third highest waterfall, and enjoy a ride on the Sea to Sky Gondola. Each gondola carries eight people and floor-to-ceiling glass windows give you a sense of gliding 2,900 feet above sea level, giving you an incredible bird's-eye view of nearby Howe Sound and majestic Shannon Falls. Once at the top, there are many accessible viewing platforms to take in the views of coastal fjords, as well as various walking/hiking trails. You’ll see Stawamanus Chief, the second largest standing piece of granite in the world and a popular rock-climbing area.  

Upon arrival in Whistler Village explore this unique mountain ski resort on your own.  

Or you may enjoy a visit to the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, the first ever centre dedicated to the history and culture of local First Nations (at your own account). Built to preserve their culture and share it with others, the building is designed to evoke the longhouses of the Squamish people and the Istken (traditional earthen pit house) of the Lil’wat people with a modern architectural interpretation. Dinner and the evening is at your leisure.  

Day 2: Vancouver/Departure   

Breakfast at the hotel marks the end of your Post-Programme.
